Briefing dedicated to Ukraine's internal situation

International Human Rights Commission 04.09.2015 participated in a diplomatic briefing dedicated to Ukraine's internal situation.
At the briefing were provided foreign diplomats as audience for which designed a briefing for professional analysis and research Ukrainian domestic politics.
For discussion at the briefing included such topics as:
1. Decentralization in Ukraine - position of parties;
2. The progress of anti-corruption reform in Ukraine - new bodies in the old system;
3. The reconfiguration of Ukrainian political landscape before local elections:
- Political alliance between the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko, UDAR and People's Front;
- The fears of small members in the coalition;
- Opposition Bloc's silence.
The aim of the briefing is to provide objective information on current political events in Ukraine and thorough analysis of major tendencies in domestic politics. Such analysis will assist in setting priorities in the process of implementing reforms in Ukraine and in evaluating quality of state decisions from the viewpoint of their impact and sustainability. Special attention is paid to evaluation of political competition in Ukraine and ability of key political players to address challenges.
Analytical paper "Inside Ukraine" will be presented after briefing.
