2. Activity of Observer
: Checked ballot boxes and monitored at a polling station.

3. Result and Evaluation
I observed and monitors the polling place number 900100. Committee members of election in embassy were consisted with spouse of diplomats and Ukrainian volunteer who live in Japan. It is best selection of a suitable person.
All committee members had official ID card issued by Central Election Committee of Ukraine. All corrected.
Embassy staffs were not committed directly about voting. But they engaged backup support, for example, show the way to Embassy in front of there.
I was also interviewed by BTB channel Ukraine live. I explained situation of voting in Embassy.
I confirm all election process in Embassy of Ukraine to Japan was correct and no mistake. I declare it was fairness and legitimately.
