Implementation of sustainable development policy - International Human Rights Commission

In the ever so quickly changing world of the 21st century, social awareness is responsible for setting out new standards. This constantly changing reality is undoubtedly a source of challenges for society. Many spheres are marked by the new changes which are the sign of modernity. IHRC as an organisation making its presence felt in broad areas of society is observing the processes taking place in Polish and international legislation.

Not without significance for IHRC as an observer of legislation is the anti-odour act which was intended mainly to help inhabitants forced to contend every day with odours arising from neighbouring industrial plants. In 2013 we invited scientists, business people and the community to a debate aimed at developing a joint policy which we called Sustainability, as a new dimension, a basic element of balanced economic, social and environmental treatment.

In 2014 the debate started off work on natural agents which are not the results of genetic engineering and which safely neutralise odours with every application.

As well as the business aspects, our work above all takes into account social and environmental issues. We develop new standards which show an ability to continue business for entrepreneurs, and a renewal and use of the conditions created by the environment.

We will shortly publish further research results.
